Dietary/Weight History

In order to take your dietary history, we perform a 24-hour recall of consumed food in addition to questions about your daily nutrition habits and your physical excercise. Information about your weight history or concerning previous attempts (successful or not) will help us deal with any obstacles and set new achievable goals.

Finally, we discuss in order to find the golden rule between your wants and what is ideal for maintaining the diet program. In this way, the aim is to design a fully customised nutrition program, according to your needs and preferences, but always under the proper guidance by me.
